Delivery Information

All postage is recorded delivery, although Royal Mail achieve over 90% next day delivery we cannot be held liable in the event of deliveries taking any longer than usual.  Please note that a delivery charge will apply for all fuel and certain batteries as these items are classed as restricted which are Dangerous goods’ are articles or substances which are capable of posing a risk to health, safety, property or the environment.


All items in stock and ordered by 4pm will be when possible processed and posted the same day, weekend and bank holidays will be sent the next working day.
Please Note that we only deliver to UK postcodes and despatch to the invoice address.
All deliveries are Recorded Delivery and will have to be signed for.

Product Guarantee

Please look at your manufactures warranty found within the purchased product as these can range from three months to two years.

If there are no warranty details from the manufacture our comprehensive guarantee is covered for a period of 3 (three) months from the date of purchase, but will not cover any misuse or neglect. Please See our Returns Policy and Ensure you keep a copy of your Receipt with the original packaging.

Lost Item(s)

If your items have not been placed on back order and you have not received them within seven (7) clear working days of placing your order, please email us at, and we will do our upmost to track your order. Parcels are often waiting to be collected at Royal Mail sorting offices so make sure a card has not been left or has not been signed for by a friend or neighbour prior to contacting us.

Back Orders

In the event that we are unable to supply your goods within seven days, we will inform you immediately and advise you of an expected delivery date. Most Products out of stock normally have a due stock date.

Outstanding orders / items (not posted) can be cancelled at any time and the full amount will be refunded to the cardholders account.

Incorrect Or Damaged Goods

In the event of any goods delivered by us being damaged in transit,  IT IS YOUR DUTY TO REFUSE THIS ORDER AND CONTACT US STRAIGHT AWAY on 01256 350550, by doing this we can send new goods without Delay.

Any deficient items shown on the delivery note or failing to match the items ordered by you, then such details must be notified by you to us. To return unwanted or faulty Goods please contact one of our Team for an RMA number prior to any product being sent back.

In all circumstances the purchaser will bear the initial costs of any item(s) being returned. Once inspected the full cost of the postage will be reimbursed if goods have not been misused and cannot be replaced or repaired.

It is strongly recommended that when returning an item(s) you ask your post office or courier for proof of posting (a certificate) as we cannot be held liable for item(s) that are lost in the post.

Cancellation Of Items

Any goods cancelled prior to being dispatched will obtain a full refund.
